Your Role and Responsibilities :
The SAP Project Manager provides business, technical, and personnel management to subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines such as engineering, programming, and systems development. They are responsible for the overall, day-to-day management of a specific task order or group of task orders affecting the same or related/interdependent systems. They schedule and assign work to subordinates and subcontractors, monitor progress, and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements. They ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated time frames and budget constraints.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Has at least 10 years of experience as SAP Consultant / SAP Project Management
- Must have experience on Project Management methodologies, as well as an understanding of SAP HANA.
- Program management experience leading the planning, development, and integration of ERP internal teams and organization.
- Experience in staffing, organization and integration, and knowledge transfer.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
- At least 3 full-cycle implementation and roll-out projects is preferred.
- Project Management certification is a plus
