Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Good knowledge about live stream and Tiktok trends
- Able to communicate in English
- Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of an organization
- Familiarity with the beauty industry and have a broad knowledge of skincare/beauty products is a plus
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet
- Able to operate livestream menus on TikTok and Shopee
- Can join ASAP and able to follow shifting schedule (Office based in Kuningan, South Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the host during live stream and delivering inquiries from viewers to the host in charge
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the live stream on a daily basis across the channel (Tiktok, Shopee, etc.)
- Monitor and evaluate the host performance in order to deliver good quality of livestream
- Engage in developing strategic planning to increase sales.
