Responsibilities:

  •  Establish HSE long term and short term Objective including work plan and budget – Develop HSE management system align with the regulations, current standards and company strategy. 
  • Continually review and update the regulation and other standards register including its compliance program. 
  • Ensure HSE compliance program is carried out to minimize the HSE risks and to avoid workplace incidents as well as environmental and social non-compliances. 
  • Establish and implement HSE training, internal and external communication program 
  • Establish an Emergency Response Preparedness program, including resources and trainings to mitigate/remediate the unwanted emergency situation occurrence and periodically test and review its adequacy and suitability. 
  • Ensure the incident investigation and analysis is carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures, and to develop the necessary corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. 
  • Establish and implement HSE inspection program to spot out potential non-conformance and followed by effective corrective and preventive action. 
  • Establish HSE internal audit program to verify the effectiveness, suitability and adequacy of the HSE management system. 
  • Generate regular HSE reports as mandated by regulations 
  • Bring forth HSE reports in monthly basis and present it to Senior Management providing HSE management system performance including compliance status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent. 
  • Required skill(s): Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management Standard, hse management system audit, HSE regulation and international standards. 
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a section head level in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor/Sidoarjo
