Geologic & Geophysical Application Support

 

  1. Support Oil & Gas Customer within Indonesia
  2. Monitors system, checks messages and improves processes
  3. Assesses problems reported via live chats, phone or email
  4. Updates technical documents and procedures
  5. Provides regular and customized training to teams within the business
  6. Manages query systems and maintains a coprehensive database of queries and resolutions
  7. Oversee software installation and maintenance of software applications in order to streamline business operations
  8. Optimizing software application performance, installing updates and performing debugging procedures

 

Requirements :

  1. Familiar with Landmark G&G Application (DSG)
  2. Min S1 Geology or Geophysics
  3. Ready to go out of town
