Job Description:

As an HR Strategic, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide guidance on HR-related matters. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement. You will ensure HR programs and initiatives running smoothly.

 

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 5 years of HR Strategic / Business Partner experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  3. Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  4. Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Able to work individually and as a part of team
  6. Placement in Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta
