Kualifikasi :
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues
- As a Liaison Officer to our clients, they will trust you to find and show them apartment units according to their needs
- Sustains good relationships with clients
- Handling client’s questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling / networking
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Strong knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, negotiating, and closing the sale
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
- Having minimum 3 years working experience as a Sales Manager in Property/Real Estate industry.
- Sales Minded: Always looking for opportunities to make money and highly enthusiast to achieve target.
- Willing to work on field (Mobile).
- Having an active driving license (SIM A / C) and possess own vehicle.
- Loves to serve people & solving their problem.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skill.
- Target oriented & maintain a great performance.
- Pleasant personality.
- Required to work 6 days/week, work weekends and attend client site visits, based on desired schedule of client.
