  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues
  • As a Liaison Officer to our clients, they will trust you to find and show them apartment units according to their needs
  • Sustains good relationships with clients
  • Handling client’s questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling / networking
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Strong knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, negotiating, and closing the sale

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
  • Having minimum 3 years working experience as a Sales Manager in Property/Real Estate industry.
  • Sales Minded: Always looking for opportunities to make money and highly enthusiast to achieve target.
  • Willing to work on field (Mobile).
  • Having an active driving license (SIM A / C) and possess own vehicle.
  • Loves to serve people & solving their problem.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skill.
  • Target oriented & maintain a great performance.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Required to work 6 days/week, work weekends and attend client site visits, based on desired schedule of client.
