About us

Bambu Indah is a tiny luxurious boutique hotel encapsulating old school Bali; peaceful, laidback and in harmony with nature. Tamarind, cinnamon, palm and bayan trees cascade down steep jungle slopes to an enchanting river with natural swimming pools fed by dancing waterfalls. In 2005 they installed eleven antique Javanese bridal homes collected on their travels on a jungle cliff top overlooking padi fields, inviting first their friends to stay and then turning it into a hotel. Since then, they have evolved with ecological mindfulness to expand Bambu Indah down to the river, building a range of spectacular and utterly original buildings all made from their signature material, bamboo. Today travelers come from all over the world, drawn by their dream of a regenerative world where nothing is used which cannot be composted back into the earth. Qualifications & experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Has 5 years experiences as Sales Manager at 5 star hotel or 2 years experiences as Assistant Director of Sales with Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems and tools.
  • Ability to travel as required to attend industry events, client meetings, and trade shows.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the hotel and resort’s business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel’s client base.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the unique offerings of the hotel and resort to potential clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling sales presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials. and Ensure that sales collateral accurately reflects the hotel and resort’s value proposition and unique selling points.
