Based in our Indonesia Office in Jakarta, we are looking to engage an experienced and results-oriented Product Manager. This job is Work from Home (70:30)

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing all marketing activities and communicating with Unicelle’s businesses in Indonesia.
  • Working together with Manager to create strategic marketing planning for all products in the Wound Care segment that are aligned to the overall Unicelle business plan.
  • To effectively implement go to market strategy to support sales achievement.
  • To coordinate and worked with the Sales team in preparing and conducting new product launches in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Learn to coordinate the preparation of effective product advertising and promotional material, literature & items in line with sales team requirements.
  • Learn to coordinate with the Supply Chain and quality control team to prepare all labels, master boxes, and packaging designs in line with Unicelle and local standards/regulations.
  • Learn to prepare, coordinate and implement annual marketing budgets and ensure budget objectives are achieved.
  • To conduct a market research study to develop and maintain a current and accurate database on competitor activities and the wound care market, including data such as major product sales volume, price survey, statistics, clinician’s database & market trends in each area.
  • To prepare presentation material for improving brand positioning, solution, and brand values suitable for use by the sales team.
  • In charge of planning and managing digital marketing communication that promotes a company’s brand and products.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Having degree in Nursing or Physician is an advantage
  • Proven experience working as a Product Manager in a medical device/pharmaceutical/biotech company
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in marketing and/or product management is a must
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in digital marketing communication is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Effective communication & presentation skills
