Kualifikasi :
1. Provide total technical support to customer in all channels (distributor, retail, project, end user)
2. Provide project service package to project channel, such as technical training, project check-in, regular visit, project check-out and related services
3. Prepare panel mock-up & site mock-up for customer based on request from Sales department
4. Conduct technical training to customer based on internal assessment, needs and inquiry
5. Give technical consultation to customer based on inquiry
6. Handle and analyze product-related issues, including on-site analysis and actuations
7. Create Root Cause Analysis for every complaint received and improvement plan to be implemented in the cross departments
8. Performs laboratory analysis with Factory Team for the product-related issues when needed
9. Coordinate with related parties to establish corrective actions
10. Provide solution for product-related issues to customer
11.Ensure satisfactory closure of complaints from customer
12. Actively participate in key phases of the sales process to prospects
13. Proactively prevent and solve problems of a technical nature occurring at existing customers
14. Attend the testing process as well as the implementation of new products and technologies
15. Develop and maintain relationships with customer in order to keep and extend the business
16. Deliver periodical progress reports, proactively submit information regarding trends within the market and provide recommendations regarding the improvements in the approach to the market
17. Monitor competitive activities at customers’ facilities
18. Promote the positive company reputation and develops long-term relations with customers. Hold and defend the values of the company
19. Fulfill expectations by meeting set KPIs and contribute to expected team performance standard
20. Assists TSQ department to achieve targets and goals with or without guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manager
21. Able to assist Technical Service & Quality Manager in order to do all scopes in TSQ department based on guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manager
