Job Requirements :

– Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related filed (or equivalent experience)

– Proven experience (+1 year) as a merchandiser in the fashion industry.

– Strong analytical and decision-making skills

– Excellent negotiation and communication skills

– Proficiency in using merchandising software and tools in-depth knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in the fashion industry

– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing

– Strong Organizational and project management skills

– Attention to detail and an eye for fashion aesthetics

– Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities :

– Up-to-date with fashion trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions

– Collaborate with design and production teams to select products that align with the brand’s image and target audience

– Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet demand

– Build and maintain relationship with suppliers, negotiate terms, and track supplier performance

– Allocate products to distribution channels based on demand and sales data

– Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust inventory accordingly

– Ensure that products meet quality standards and work with the quality control team as necessary

– Determine the product assortment for each season or collection, considering market trends and customer preferences

Working Days :

Monday until Friday ( 09.00 am – 05.00 pm)

Saturday (09.00 am – 03.00 pm)
