  1. Location: Two person at the head office, One person at Surabaya Branch and One person at the Surabaya Branch. 
  2. Profit/ result oriented
  3. Having base customer on hand to bring the biz to the company
  4. Having reliable vendors to support the biz
  5. Develop new business and canvassing new customer
  6. Research new market opportunities
  7. Quick in providing quotations for customers with accurate & correct calculations
  8. Excellent communication with overseas networks, customers, sales/operation division and carrier (shipping/air lines/co-loader/trucking vendors) to arrange shipments with careful consideration for buying and selling cost for profitable biz
  9. Excellent in negotiation skill to get competitive scheme rate and promo rate.
