Job Responsibilities:

  1. Arrange weekly, monthly, and quarterly stocktaking with LSP
  2. Analyze the discrepancies and set an improvement plan
  3. Submit miscellaneous e-flow for inventory adjustment
  4. Review the CWH and FSL conditions based on the basic requirements
  5. Monitor end-to-end transactions (starting from request until return back from repair center)
  6. Participate in the management of the spare delivery logistics performance and analyze the failed reason
  7. Follow and push to solve the spare parts shortage issue, and communicate with the project team to improve the install base accuracy.
  8. Analyze the safety stock level and optimize it according to delivery fail and other issues
  9. Monitor the faulty parts maintenance process
  10. Responsible for E2E spare parts business for 1 project
  11. Follow up on emergency customer requests to ensure meet SLA or special customer request
  12. Calculate spare parts delivery KPI and make related reports
  13. Communicate with customer for spare parts delivery issues (if any)
  14. Analyze top issues of delivery and make improvement solutions
  15. Manage faulty returns, make reports to monitor, and ensure no overdue borrow
  16. Review the warehouse condition based on the basic requirements

 

Job Requirement :

  1. Able to speak in English, Mandarin would be a plus
  2. Minimum diploma degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT)
  3. Minimum 3+ years experience in the telecommunication industry
  4. Basic mobile communication knowledge
  5. Proficient with Reporting Process and have good presentation skills
  6. Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate with different levels of counterparts
  7. Fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluate new technology
  8. Capability to build a relationship with the customer
