- Make calculations of Budget Estimate Plan (RAB) from design and work drawings (interior and technical) and lead contractor supervision activities.
Requirements:
- Minimal bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture/Civil Engineering
- At least 6 years in the field of Project Construction in F&B/restaurant/retail industry
- Project management expert
- Proven ability to push contractors to finish on time
- Attention to detail
