Position Overview:

As a Sales Supervisor at MINI, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales consultants, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure the showroom and vehicles are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MINI vehicles and industry trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and submit them to management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of MINI vehicles and the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications.
