ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing Facility Management Services, handles many account Healthcare Segmentation scale with more than 500 support employees.
  • Responsible for Soft Services and Hard Services of Hospital, ensuring the PPM (Preventive Plan Maintenance) running on schedule and operation running well. 
  • Manage all in scope service deliverables including Asset management, Space Planning, Waste Tracker, HSE, Utilities Consumption, Engineering, Housekeeping, Security Services, Gardener, Office Consumables, Helpdesk. 
  • Ensuring that all staff, supervisors and all those under Project have carried out the work correctly following Company and Customer standards. 
  • Ensure Health Safety Environment procedure & Implementation for all worker in Hospital.
  • Provide solution for customer and company to improve value add services. 
  • Establish good communication between companies with Customer, vendors, and local authorities (including local government, police, military, related agencies, and local administrators to establish good and harmonious cooperation).

QUALIFICATION

  • Education minimal bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Has strong knowledge and experience in Building Management / Facility Management in Hospital. 
  • Understand about K3RS, have certification is a plus. 
  • At Least 5 years of working experience as Manager in Facility Management Services Company or Building Manager, General Affair Manager in Hospital. 
  • Have some knowledge about ESG (Environmental Sustainability Governance) programs & implementation is a plus. 
  • Deep understanding about Facility Services Management, strong sense of Business & Financial Acumen. 
  • Proficient in MS. Office.
  • Have a Good Communication and Presentation Skill
  • Fluent in English.
