Job Role:
The Digital Transformation Director will be responsible for leading the Digital Operations Transformation initiatives and digital workforce, including transforming traditional Managed Services projects to a more Digital Operations, and oversee the deployment of Tools Ecosystem; Service Delivery Management, Workforce Management, Fault Management, Performance and Capacity Management, and many more.

The person will engage with, and drive the customers to identify their existing requirements and needed improvements, review and ensure the efficiency and quality, guide what’s needed to be done and how and plan together with the customer, while supporting Solution Architect by using our tools or products to fulfill customer’s requirements and their process.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the Solution Development, including the delivery plan and post-sales of Network O&M in Digital Transformation, such as Customized Transformation projects; Use Cases, Future Requirements
  • Analyze the operation based on Network/IT scenarios, including identifying existing problems and providing improvement recommendations
  • Plan the direction of digital network O&M transformation and improve the
    customer’s AN (Autonomous Network) score
  • Formulate business processes and management systems such as fault management, change management, critical incident management, knowledge management, etc.
  • Support SA/SI in tools implementation, using business processes, business rules, system, etc. to configure into IT systems
  • Realizing IT-enabled management to improve overall management quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experienced in ICT Development, Operation or DevOps
  • Experienced in the Telecommunication industry and tools/APP/system delivery
  • Experienced in high level presentation in terms of automation such as Use Cases
  • Familiar with TMF standards including Network AN (Autonomous Network) especially in Autonomous Operations (AOMM)
  • Familiar with TMF standards including Network AN especially in Autonomous Operations
  • Consulting background in IT industry is a plus
  • ITIL V3 or ITSM deployment experience is a plus
  • Possess both technical knowledge of Digital Transformation and/or Automation, and Customer Experience orientation
