Job Scope: As an Accounting Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of our finance team, contributing to various aspects of accounting operations. Here’s an overview of your key responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries and ledger reconciliations.
  2. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist in tax planning activities.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy.
  4. E-commerce and Import Expertise: Understand and navigate the financial aspects of e-commerce transactions and import processes.
  5. Financial Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  6. Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting roles.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce, Import, Journal, Tax, and Inventory processes (a strong plus).

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
