Responsibilities:

  • Do selection and recruitment of new employees, supervise HR, career development, and manage HR administration
  • Create HR regulations or systems such as creating SOP, employee job descriptions, and handling employee contracts and training development
  • Responsible for managing employee data reports, attendance systems, salaries, allowances, employee incentives, BPJS and PPH ps.21
  • Update regulations related to employment in all operational areas
  • Responsible for recapitulating employee absences, calculating salaries and understanding the payroll calculation system
  • Manage all BPJS for employees 
  • Product registration.
  • Have good knowledge of BPOM RI regulations and Halal LPPOM MUI & BPJPH
  • Responsible for licensing registration of cosmetic products at BPOM RI and Halal LPPOM MUI
  • Ensure timely product registration (new, extension and variation) and handle all regulatory issues with BPOM RI, Ministry of Health RI (KEMENKES RI) and Halal LPPOM MUI & BPJPH
  • Update information about regulation and product registration
  • Actively follow-up (consultation) with Regulatory Authorities the regulatory submissions and approvals.
  • Always update the new regulations to company which will impact to the business continuity.
  • Another task related to Regulatory.

Requirements:

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree in Law/Pharmacy/ Chemistry
  • Experienced as HR and regulatory affairs at least 3 years
  • Understand the labor regulations that apply in Indonesia
  • Experienced in handling importation medical device & cosmetic.
  • Have strong knowledge and interest in cosmetics, personal care and medical devices.
  • Have the ability to implement and manage BPJS Health / EDABU System Membership
  • Have the ability to implement and manage BPJS Employment / SIPP System Membership
  • Experienced in recruiting, training, planning and organizing
  • Experienced in cosmetics/ healthcare/ personal care industry
  • Experienced in registration and renewal of product licenses at BPOM RI and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENKES RI) and HALAL permits
  • Experienced in IDAK and CDAKB Process
  • Experienced in operating the LPPOM MUI Cerol system and have LPPOM MUI Training Certificate
  • Proficient in English (mandatory), have a good communication skill
