Requirements:

  1. Min. D3 management, accounting, or related major
  2. Min. 2 years of experience in the same position in retail industry
  3. Used to handle tiktok & be host live (marketing) would be a plus
  4. Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
  5. Excellent Communication Abilities, Detail-oriented, Organize & Multitasking Skills
  6. Hard Skill: Ms. Excel (Ms. Excel (intermediate at using formula vlookup, pivot, etc) & ERP System
  7. Language(s): Indonesia, English

 

What You Will Do: 

  1. Check data accuracy in sales orders and invoices.
  2. Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
  3. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  4. Making monthly sales reports.
  5. Reporting Sales daily, weekly, & monthly to Branch Manager Bali & National Sales Manager
  6. Other job decs will be disscused.
