Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (active and passive).
Working according to store operational hours.
Available to work during the weekend.
Able to work under pressure.
Presentable appearance, excellent communication skill.
Capable to lead the Sales Team.
Have ample administration knowledge.

Job Descriptions :

Responsible as a conceptor of the company’s brand awareness in the form of activation, promotion, and partnership.
Supervise store operational activities.
Responsible for achieving sales targets.
Coordinate with Marketing Planner to conduct Event/Campaign, and other store Branding activities.
Supervise store employees, finance, check daily sales reports and operational expenses.
Reporting cash transactions to company bank accounts.
Doing store stock taking.
Make a request to add a new stock of goods/types of goods.
Helping the store sales process

Work Placement: Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Bali.
