Role Description
1. Carrying out the risk mapping function faced by the Company, by identifying, measuring and recommending follow-up actions to these risks, to support the creation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in order to achieve the Company’s objectivesCarrying out the monitoring function of the Company’s operational activities so that they always comply with applicable regulations and laws, as well as monitoring customer accounts and transactions, to support the creation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in order to achieve the Company’s objectives.
2. Carrying out the function of preparing and updating policies and/or regulations for the Company’s operational activities to support the creation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in order to achieve the Company’s objectives
3. Carrying out the functions of Anti-Money Laundering, Prevention of Terrorism Financing and Prevention of Funding for the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (APUPPT PPSPM) so that it is always in accordance with applicable provisions and legislation to support the creation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in order to achieve the Company’s objectives
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in related subject matter such as finance, accounting, economics or law.
2. Professional experience working in the financial industry with an in-depth understanding and knowledge of regulations and compliance procedures
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and at the executive level.
4. Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems and developing and implementing risk-management solutions.
5. Ability to analyze data, establish priorities, and work independently, and efficiently.Good knowledge of risk management methodologies, crisis management, and incident response protocols.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
7. Experience in the banking or finance sector is highly desirable.
8. Experience working in an international or multi-national environment preferred.
9. Professional certifications or advanced degrees in risk management or finance are a plus
