Responsibilities:

  • Calculating COGS and Non-COGS items at outlets with the operational team.
  • Verifying and analyzing data from Vendor Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders, Outstanding Orders, Transfer In – Transfer Out records.
  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to store audit.
  • Comparing system data with physical store quantities to ensure stock validity.
  • Supervising the area manager, store leader, and crew to ensure proper execution of stocktaking processes at the outlets

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field
  • Senior with over 15 years of working experience in Purchasing tasks, with at least 10 years as Purchasing Manager preferably from hospitality or F&B industry
  • Have a good knowledge of Importation tasks & procedures (experts in handling custom clearance issues and other imports documents).
  • Must be able to speak and write the English and Portuguese language (both oral and written)
  • Experienced in dealing with vendors
  • Smart, able to work in a fast-paced and have good interpersonal skills
  • Required Skill(s): negotiation skill, communication skill, leadership
  • Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
  • Experience working in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or retail industry is a plus point.
  • Proficient in using accounting systems such as Accurate, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
  • Experience in Stock Opname (stocktaking) and understanding of Inventory Movement processes.
  • Willing to work in a mobile capacity.
  • Owns a personal vehicle (SIM C – driver’s license)
  • Working location in Kuningan City, South Jakarta – Indonesia.
